Sometimes living 100% healthy is very difficult and we still make unhealthy eating decisions, like the famous pizza and wings. Now you can make a healthier decision for your body and still enjoy in the American tradition. We are going to be replacing chicken wings with Cauliflower Bites.

For this recipe, you will need the following:

Cauliflower Bites 1 head of Cauliflower shopped
½ Cup of Organic Flour
½ Cup of Water
½ Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Melted Organic Butter
2/3 Cup of Hot Sauce

Start by preheating the oven to 450 F. In a medium to large mixing bowl combine the flour, water, salt, garlic powder, and butter until smooth. Coat the cauliflower pieces completely. Place the pieces on a greased nonstick baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes. Rotate halfway through.

Once the bell goes off allow the cauliflower bites to cool for 15 minutes before serving. Replacing your chicken with cauliflower can have a lot of benefits. Cauliflower is rich in Vitamin K, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Fiber, Protein, Magnesium, Potassium, and much more.

This will improve your bodies digestion track allowing you to naturally detox better. Your brain health will also see a boost when eating cauliflower. When pregnant this is a good plant to eat a lot of too!
